On this page

The web app is organised into three groups in the sidebar. On phones, the main pages sit in a tab bar at the bottom and the rest are under More.

Your money

  • Overview: your greeting and three balance cards: Owed to you, You owe and Balance in your book. Below are quick actions, due reminders, your shared spending, your groups and recent activity. Each card opens the matching list of people.
  • People: everyone in your book with their balance. Filter by Owed to you, You owe, Unpaid or Settled up, and search by name. See People and balances.
  • Entries: every money entry, filtered by direction, status (Unpaid, Partly paid, Fully paid) and dates.
  • Expenses: your personal, split and group expenses in one place, with a Groups tab.
  • Insights: where your money goes, month by month.

Planning

  • Bills: subscriptions and bills with due dates and payments.
  • Deliveries: regular deliveries such as milk or water, with what you received.
  • Recurring: entries and expenses that repeat on a schedule.
  • Reminders: reminders for money entries and expense shares.

More

  • Activity: what changed, who it involved and where it was recorded (web, phone or an AI assistant).
  • Categories: expense categories and subcategories, with emoji.
  • Account: your profile, plan, sign-in methods, sharing profile, appearance, language, connected AI apps, phones and your data.

The New menu

The New button in the top bar opens Add to your book:

  • I gave: money you lent or paid for someone.
  • I got: money you received or borrowed.
  • I spent: a personal or split expense.
  • Someone new: add a person to your book.

Appearance and language

Use the sun or moon button in the top bar to switch between light and dark. Under Account → Appearance you can also choose Match device. Language is under Account → Language and at the bottom of public pages: the web app is available in English and हिन्दी (Hindi). Both choices are saved in this browser only.

Keyboard friendly

Every page has a “Skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users, and dialogs close with Escape.
