Bills, subscriptions and deliveries
Track due dates, record payments, change one amount, and confirm regular deliveries.
On this page
Bills and deliveries are schedules that need your confirmation each time, unlike recurring expenses that are added automatically.
Bills and subscriptions
Use a bill for anything due on a schedule: rent, internet, phone, streaming, insurance. Open Bills to see what’s overdue, due today and upcoming.
- Create a bill with its name, amount, how often it repeats and the first due date. Leave the amount empty if it changes every time.
- Optionally link it to a person (for example your landlord) and turn on Remind when due.
- Each due date appears in the bill’s table.
For each date you can:
- Mark paid (and Mark unpaid to undo),
- Skip a date that doesn’t apply (and Undo skip),
- Change amount for that date only, or Use usual amount to go back.
A bill stays due until you mark it paid. If you want an expense to be added automatically every month, use a recurring expense instead.
Deliveries
Deliveries are for regular things you receive, such as milk, water or a tiffin service, often paid at the end of the month.
- Create a delivery with its rate and schedule.
- Each day, Mark received or Skip.
- The delivery shows what you received and what you owe for the period.
Reminders
On the web, due bills and reminders appear on the Overview. The phone app also sends a notification on the due date, and you can get one by Telegram, email or browser push as well: see Notifications.
