Download your records or delete your account

Export everything at any time, and what happens when you delete your account.

Download your records

Open Account → Your data and choose Download your records. You get a file with every record in your cloud book that you can keep or open with other tools. Groups can also be exported as CSV from each group’s menu.

Delete your account

  1. Download your records first if you want to keep them.
  2. Open Account → Your data → Delete your account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. If your sign-in is older than 10 minutes, OweJar asks you to confirm it’s you first.

Deleting removes your book and your sign-in, signs you out everywhere and disconnects every AI assistant. Groups keep their history with your name removed.

What deletion doesn’t do

It doesn’t erase records stored on your phone, backups you exported, information already shown in an AI conversation, or cancel a store subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in your App Store or Google Play account.
