Categories and subcategories

Open Categories to add, rename or remove expense categories and their subcategories, each with an emoji. Group expenses use their own shared categories, such as Food & drinks, Groceries, Travel or Home, or one you type.

Activity

Activity shows what changed, who it involved and where it was recorded: on the web, on a phone or by an AI assistant. It’s a reliable trail when you need to remember why a balance changed.

• Every create, edit, payment, undo and delete is recorded.
• Recorded from says where each change came from: Web, Mobile app, Assistant (an AI assistant), Connected app or Automatic schedule.
